Orders
How long does it take to get my order?

Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship. You must add together the processing time and the shipping time to know when your order will arrive. Processing your order normally takes 1-3 "Business Days". The method of shipping you choose is the remaining factor in the time to receive your order. Standard UPS Shipping allows for 3-7 "Business Days" from the day it's shipped out. UPS 2nd Day Air allows for 2 "Business Days" from the day it's shipped out. Doghuntinsupply.com makes every effort to ship your order immediately, but on occasion, due to frequencies, optional choices on each product, or seasonal overloads (holidays, coon season, etc.) the processing time may be longer then 1-3 "Business Days". We also may have to make your item built to order if it's not in stock. In this case, it could take a week or very rarely, longer (for Tracking Frequencies) to build your product. If you have not received your order within 7 Business Days, please feel free contact us at [email protected].

Will you send an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail at the address you provided in your order. This
confirmation will include an order number and will detail all the information you provided on your order. The confirmation will also detail each individual item ordered and the item's price. If you have any questions on your order confirmation, or you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at:

Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are not included in the price of our products. We do make exceptions to this on certain products with no shipping. We also from time to time may offer specials with no or reduced shipping. Your shipping cost will be figured when you check out. We do not make money on shipping. Your shipping cost is figured by weight of your items, the shipping destination, and where we need to ship it from (which we try to use the closest location to you depending on stock).


Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States when you place your order on line. However, if you call our store location to order we can ship almost anywhere. Call at 1-740-289-2779 or email us at [email protected] .

Why did my order arrive in two different shipments?
Doghuntinsupply.com makes every effort to ship your products at the same time. However, in order to try our best to save you on shipping cost and get your product to you as soon as possible, we may ship some items from different locations. This leads to the possibility of deliveries arriving in separate packages on separate days.

Can I order over the phone?
Sure! If you are more comfortable or would like to speak to a real person just call us at 740-947-1620. We understand you may have a lot of questions about our products and that you may rather talk to a person about it. For the most knowledgeable person about the product or to just talk hunting call our store location at 740-289-2779 and ask for Bryan, Monday thru Friday 9-5 or Saturday 9-3. We are always willing to talk hunting and answer questions about our products, as we are avid hunters ourselves. We can also call you back, if you want to give us your number(by email or by phone), in order to save you the long distance. All questions about our on-line site or on-line pricing will only be able to be answered at the first number 740-947-1620, but the second number is the best to reach Bryan, who has the most extensive hunting knowledge on our products. What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, Doghuntinsupply.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Money Orders for mail order purchases.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We use secure server software and Verisign encryption technology. This safeguards your order information, keeping it private and protected, assuring the security of using your credit card to shop on our site.

When is my credit card billed?
Your credit card will be charged for your entire purchase at the time of processing.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
State law requires Doghuntinsupply.com to collect sales tax for all orders being sent to Ohio. At this time, it does not require us to collect sales tax to any other states.

What's your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, return the "unopened" product within the first 10 days of the delivery date for a prompt refund, excluding shipping and any other minimal fees we may have incurred due to form of payment. If your product has been opened, of course the reason for the return will need to be known and discussed. Most of our
products come with great manufacturer warranties that are very prompt in your needs. If you have a problem with a product under warranty, please send it to the manufacturer.
